We take into consideration a realistic budget and lifestyle. We don't charge the outrageous rates you find at most design firms. We only sell you functional and practical plans and spaces that you will actually use and enjoy. We strive to create a truly unique and timeless setting that reflects your personal style with an extensive collection of resources from around the globe.

1. Free consultation and preliminary proposal.

• Site visit and one-on-one meeting to determine needs, measurements, etc...
• Preliminary proposal for one room to present an overall design plan that fits your home, lifestyle, and budget.
• No commitment, no cost - just an opportunity to determine if we are a good fit.

2. If there is a mutual interest to proceed, then there are two options at this point:

• Option A: Do you like our collection of furnishings and accessories? If so, we will waive the design fee! We request a $500 retainer to continue the design process for all spaces needed.
  Your retainer includes:

  -Continued meetings to refine design plan (if needed).
  -Floor plans, elevations, samples and drawings for multiple rooms are presented.
  -Design services can be used within three-month time period.
  -All product purchases are expedited by Dwelling Designs, which includes product inspection at our warehouse, delivery, and supervised in-home installation.
  -Retainer is applied to purchases (minimum purchase of $2500).
   

• Option B: Want to see a great plan, but prefer to shop at other locations? We offer unlimited services at a very competitive rate of $50/hour. We request a $500 retainer to continue the design process for all spaces needed. Your retainer includes:

  -Continued meetings to refine design plan (if needed).
  -Design using any retailer you prefer.
  -Floor plans, elevations, samples and drawings for multiple rooms are presented.
  -Retainer is applied to the hourly fee.

3. Other Services for those who don't feel comfortable with the above.

• Design Room Package: Are you a shopper? Do you want to see a dream plan presented to you and then execute on your own at your own pace? We offer a design package tailored to your space, which you will own. For $500/room, we will create a package that includes:

  - A personalized website that includes floor plans, elevations, dimensions, photos, etc...
  - Includes consultation and site visit.
  - Tear sheets, finish samples, and fabric swatches are provided.

• Staging Services - Please contact us to learn more about this service. Pricing begins at $100 and goes up, depending on furniture rentals, size of home, accessories, etc....
• Color Consultation - $50/room
• Accessorizing - $50/hour
